Marquise Willams (Mallard Creek High/Charlotte, N.C), who committed to Butch Davis and North Carolina on July 10th, has had a change of heart. According to Gobbler Country, the dual-threat quarterback has switched his choice from the Tar Heels to Virginia Tech, where he took in the 37-7 win over Virginia on Saturday.
Williams is rated as the no. 10 dual-threat quarterback in the class of 2011. ESPN recruiting has Williams as the 12th rated quarterback overall.
